1 Scoop of Lean Protein Strawberry or Vanilla
4 Ripe Fresh Strawberries
4 Ice Cubes
250ml of Water or Skimmed Milk
Add contents to a blender and blend until smooth Serve in a glass and add garnish if required, also can be done with a Banana and Banana Lean Protein.
