Banana Protein Pancake


. 1 Scoop of Lean Protein Vanilla/Banana

. 2 Mashed Bananas

. 1 Tea Spoon Baking Powder

. 1 Egg With or Without Yoke

.  4 Oz Milk, skimmed, Soy, Almond etc

. Pinch of Cinnamon


. Blend everything together will a whisk or in a blender

. Pour enough into a non-stick pan to make a healthy sized pancake

. Flip over once edges are cooked and fairly solid

. Remove from heat, add fruit topping to taste and honey/maple syrup.

. Makes u to 4 pancakes.
