Chocolate & Coconut Flapjacks

protein flapjacks• 40g oats
• 10g of coconut oil
• 1 scoop of Chocolate Lean Protein
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp of coco powder
• A dash of almond milk
• Desiccated coconut

Mix all dry ingredients together, then the egg, coconut oil and almond milk till it is a thick consistency. Sprinkle in some coconut and mix. Separate into small cookie shapes and place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. Bake for around 15 minutes on 180 degrees.
