Banana Pancake

Banana Protein Pancake

Blend the following

:3/4 Scoop Banana Lean Protein

1/3 Cup if normal oats

1 egg whites

1/3 Cup water

1/2 ripe banana1 

Tsp cinnamon

Preparation:

Cook on low to med heat.

Once they are solid enough to turn, flip over until golden brown both sides, approx. 8-10 minutes.

Turn Gas off flip pancake and keep on stove-top for a few minutes as it will continue cooking through while keeping it moist.

Finally top with fat free yogurt and frozen mixed berries or a topping of your choice.
