Nick Lewis came to us with one goal, to see if an ex Rugby player with a dodgy knee and not great diet could turn himself around with the right help. Well here at Definition we like a challenge, so we said do what we say and watch the reults.
So we put Nick on a really clean but nutritious diet along with a mapped out training program,
Nick is a normal guy, so works all week, and cooks all his own food, so it had to fit into his schedule as well.
