Protein Sultana Muffins

muffins Protein Oat Sultana Muffins (Makes three muffins)

• 2  whole eggs

• 1 egg white

• 1 scoop Vanilla Lean Protein (any other flavour can be used)

• cinnamon if  wanted • 40g Oats • Handful of sultanas

• Teaspoon of sam 3 baking powder

 Mix all ingredients  together - Grease the  muffin tins with  coconut  oil - pour mixture  into  the muffin tins - bake for  20 mins at 180' Simple!
