Turkey BurgerDefinition Nutrition 16 oz Ground Turkey

  •  1 Half Red Onions 
  •  2 Salt, Pepper, Herbs (to taste)
  •  2 Egg Whites
  •  1 Small Sweet Potato, soft boiled or   microwaved, so able to mash easily.

 

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
    •  Form into 4 evenly sized patties.
    •  Heat oven to 380° and bake for 15-20  minutes (or grill!)
