Over 40's Protein Bars

Specifically designed for the Over 40's but really useful if your struggling with joints, and delicious to boot.


4 Cups of Oats (can use gluten free)

6 Scoops Lean Protein Gluten Free and Vegetarian

2 Table Spoons Peannut Butter, Low Fat

Half a cup of chpped almonds, or fruit to suit.

Low Fat Milk

Extras if required

2 Scoops Collagen & Glucosamine

6 Tribulus Capsules (Men)

6 Green Tea Capsules (Females)

Just add mixture together until a slightly sticky consistancy, then place in a overproof dish,

place in the oven for approx 20 minutes or until golden brown at 180'
