Ingredients

.700g of Fresh Tuna

.1 Table Spoon of Chilly Sauce (Hot depending on taste)

.2 Table spoons of Reduced Salt Soy Sauce

.2 Spring Onions

.Ground Pepper to taste

Additions

.Lettuce, Red Onion, Avocado, Tomato

Instructions

Finely chop the spring onions and tuna place in a bowl with the Soy Sauce, Chilly sauce and pepper and mix all together until you can form four 2 cm thick round burgers. Place on a dish cover with cling film and place in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes to firm up.

Then using a grill or lightly oiled pan on medium/high heat cook until thoroughly hot throughout, its ok to be slightly pink in the middle as you don’t want them over done and dry approx. 3-4 minutes per side.

If you’re restricting carbs garnish, season and serve, but at Definition we love a few carbs, so toast a bun and serve as a traditional burger.
